The Goal:
Reimagine the outdoor lighting shopping experience by designing a clear, customer-first signage system that brings structure to a densely merchandised space. Through close collaboration with the merchant team, the solution balanced intuitive wayfinding with omni-channel touch points, thoughtfully guiding customers from in-store discovery to the extended online assortment. 37 QR codes were strategically integrated to extend the in-store experience online, driving $250k in digital revenue.
