
Lowe’s Outdoor Lighting
The outdoor lighting reset prioritized a customer-first approach by introducing a new product card template and six beam signs aligned with an omni-channel strategy. Partnering closely with the merchant team, I focused on designing a product card that would enhance clarity and ease of navigation for customers shopping within a densely merchandised space.
To support a seamless shopping journey, the beam signs were carefully developed to clearly communicate Lowe’s extended online assortment. This thoughtful signage strategy resonated with customers, resulting in $114K in digital revenue generated through QR code scans.
