Hello there!
I’m Hailey Bryer—some may still remember me as Hailey Dechert—but no matter the name, the goal has always been the same: create thoughtful, engaging design that makes people’s lives just a little bit easier (and more delightful).
I’m a graphic designer with a passion for asking why, crafting smart solutions, and shaping experiences. With a BFA in Graphic Design and a minor in Motion Graphics from SCAD, I’ve spent the last 6+ years bringing big ideas to life—whether that’s in a museum gallery, a retail aisle, or out in the world on the side of a truck.
Currently, I design in-store signage as part of the Store Environment team at Lowe’s in Mooresville, NC. I collaborate closely with marketing, merchandising, and store planning to build scalable systems that stay true to Lowe’s brand and genuinely help customers navigate their shopping journey.
Before Lowe’s, I designed immersive exhibition graphics for The Mint Museum and crafted custom signage and branding for small businesses across Charlotte. Across all of these roles, one thing has remained constant: a deep curiosity for how design impacts people—and how we can always make it better.
